Beautifully decked in exquisite decorations, banners and festive lights, the Castle Quarter will sparkle this Christmas with the "Castle Quarter" Christmas Market on from 10 November to 23 December inc.
With over 40 wooden chalets offering a very wide range of quality, hand made, unique gifts, seasonal food and alcholic beverages. Sited in High Street and St Johns Street right in the heart of the City against the backdrop of Cardiff Castle and St John's Church.
For centuries, traders have set their stalls at the gateway to Cardiff Castle, in the true spirit of enterprise. In Victorian and Edwardian times, the wealth of the Bute family helped to make Cardiff one of the most prosperous cities in the UK, leaving an architectural legacy of beautiful arcades, shop frontages and facades.
And true to this spirit, the "Castle Quarter" Christmas Market brings together local traders offering their wares and providing a colourful selection of that perfect Christmas gift.
