The minutes from the meeting of Central and Eastern European Association of Wales

The meeting was on Friday, 29/02/08 at Polish Community House, 174 Newport Road.
Members who took part in the meeting were: Dawid Wawrzyniak, Renata Szalupenko, Agnieszka Ludynia-Chudy, Arek Szamocki, Monika Szamocka, Zbyszek Glinkiewicz. New members’ contact details are given in the appendix.
1. The starting point was discussing the need of the new treasurer (again).
2. Then members looked at the newsletter taht was made by Łukasz Nowak.
3. The members decided Renata Szalupenko should prepare a questionaire for new members.
4. The members discussed the tasks of comittee members.
5. The chaiman proposed to members a project of a contract with Polish Community House board.
6. Tha chairman produced a report of expenditures od funds CEEA obtained. The members discussed what else is needed.
7. The members discussed any propositions about open day in Community House.
8. Monika Szamocka proposed new activities (salsa dance and aerobic) to establish in the Community House.
