The minutes from the second meeting of Eastern European Association of Wales

The meeting was on Monday, 6th August 2007 at Mr. Wawrzyniak’s home on St. Peter’s Street, 35 Richmond Court.
Members who took part in the meeting were: Tomasz Werner, Marcin Pocheć, Alicja Zalesińska, Dawid Wawrzyniak, Monika Chlebowska, Renata Szalupenko, Agnieszka Ludynia-Chudy, Anna Kalbarczyk, Marta Bzikot. New members’ contact details are given in the appendix.
1. The starting point was discussing the name of the association. The members decided after voting to remain the name Eastern European Association. The lat part of the name was changed from Cardiff to Wales.
2. Then members worked over the rest of the text of the constitution. The work was finished apart from some paragraphs, which were not clear.
3. The members discussed main aims of the association and decided to share duties. A proposal of inventing a logo was made.
4. The members reminded that the next meeting would take part on Wednesday, 15th August 2007, 6.30 p.m. at VAC on Newport Road. The aim is to present the constitution to Mr. Constatinou, the VAC member.
