BBC Children in Need has launched a major new fund to promote friendship and
fun for youngsters with disabilities. Their new £3 million Fun and Friendship Grants scheme is offering three-year funding worth £300,000 to 12 projects that will help
disabled young people aged between 12 and 18 meet new people and live more
independently.
