The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) dedicates £3million per year to its Young Roots grants programme,
which gives grants ranging from £3,000 to £25,000 to fund projects that engage young people aged 13-
25 with heritage. We are actively looking for potential projects to be supported through Young Roots in
Wales. The HLF team is available to provide advice and help before applications are submitted. There
are no deadlines for applications and decisions are reached within 10 weeks. For more information,
