The WCVA have set up the Environment
Wales Climate Change Fund. This is a
small grant scheme (£200 - £2000) for nonenvironmental
groups who want to engage
in climate-change action for the fi rst time.
The kind of activities that can be funded
are:
• Climate-change awareness-raising
and education
• Encouraging positive behaviour
• Expanding activities to help tackle
climate change
• Learning from good practice / training
• Testing the feasibility of new ideas or
new ways of working
